Jessicah Dawn was a beautiful baby born on July 1, 1994. Already blessed
with a beautiful baby boy, Jessicah's daddy and I had hoped and prayed
for a little girl with dark hair and rosie cheeks. We were blessed once
again on the day Jessicah was born. Weighing in at only six pounds, twelve
ounces and stretching to 20 inches long, she was our biggest bundle of joy.
We were all so amazed at her total beauty. Even her voice as she "sang" was
something I will never forget. Cory was awestruck and amazed with her.
Now officially a teenager at 13 years old, she's a beautiful and petite
young lady with long, wavy dark brown hair and eyes that appear hazel
some days and blue other days.
Jessicah, or Jessi D as I sometimes call her, is always ready to brighten a
dark day with a light giggle and a beaming smile. Her dainty, little hands
always ready to help anyone with any task at hand. In fact, after she graduates
from an ivy league college, she wants to be a psychologist or a teacher as well as a mother.
Her favorite things to do are read, draw and write stories. She also likes to
talk for hours with her friends on the telephone and go to her grandma's house
to help her with chores and listen to her grandma's stories of olden days. She
is a gifted student and on the honor roll in the seventh grade at a public school
and is obessed with Jesse McCartney!
